Yoga has changed Phuong’s self-awareness and behaviours so that she has come to appreciate and feel thankful for her life.

As a yoga instructor, Phuong is willing to share her own experiences and support learners in order to help them understand themselves during training period. A certified Yoga teacher with 500+ hours of training and 3500+ hours of teaching experience. Sasha’s yoga journey started from the search to heal her own body aches which had resulted from the intense work as a diving instructor. Rediscovering yoga had helped Sasha tremendously in removing her physical pains. During Sasha’s teaching, she likes to pay close attention to the correct alignments and safety of her students, as well as guide them in how to move and adjust postures for the best results in practice.

Dat is an architect during the day and a yoga instructor during his spare time. Every flow is integrated with artistic element through modern gentle music or the way he describes postures and flows to help practitioner get into their own zone easier.
